April 27, 2021:  The USPTO has granted Maitrix LLC a key patent in forward error correction of arithmetic.  Maitrix has pioneered a new form of forward error correcting arithmetic that is inherent and does not rely on system triplication or other similar techniques.  Instead, Maitrix’s new techniques allow high speed error detection and correction of arithmetic within a decoupled pipeline and separate from the arithmetic pipeline itself.  Maitrix’s new technology can be integrated into all of our high speed TPU’s, and MOD-x based ALU processors.
